由於毒品日益氾濫，用毒人口年齡層逐漸下降，為使反毒教育工作向下扎根，由澎湖縣毒品危害防制中心與中國信託反毒教育基金會舉辦的「城市淨化 無毒菊島 迎向世界最美麗海灣」反毒教育展，今(23)日在救國團青年活動中心熱鬧開幕。縣長陳光復專程出席揭幕，宣示縣府杜絕毒品決心，呼籲社會各界共同加入反毒行列，建構無毒幸福家園。

根據衛福部統計，近年來吸毒人口有逐漸下降趨勢，105年學生藥物濫用個案通報已有1,006人，以國、高中職學生為主，佔超過九成。中國信託反毒教育基金會針對學生團體與一般大眾，結合擴增實境新科技、最新毒品資訊以及毒品個案人生故事特舉辦反毒教育特展，希望反毒意識深植於觀展者心中，並建立正確毒品觀念。
陳縣長、副議長陳雙全、議員陳慧玲、呂黃春金、衛生局長陳淑娟、副局長樓亞洲、警察局長劉祥浤、教育處副處長莊華州、檢察長鄭鑫宏、中國信託反毒教育基金會副董事長王卓鈞、執行長張治平、中正國小校長林宗彥等人共同揭幕。

陳光復表示，本縣今年1至6月共查獲毒品案件合計59件65人，年齡大都分佈於19-28歲間，以年輕族群居多。陳縣長宣示反毒決心，不容許毒品危害青年幼苗與社會，縣府有責任為社會治安、家庭幸福，建立無毒環境，讓青年學子幸福快樂成長。
強力推薦陳光復感謝中國信託反毒教育基金會為社會公益，投入物力資源，關懷社會每個角落，與縣府共同舉辦反毒教育展，希望藉由與民間企業共同舉辦反毒宣導活動，呼籲社會各界一起加入反毒行列，共同努力為下一代國家主人翁營造純淨無毒的幸福家園。
為感謝中國信託反毒教育基金會贊助本縣反毒教育展及辦理3D反毒電影「High害人生」校園巡迴放映，陳縣長頒發感謝狀，為本縣青年學子宣導反毒觀念努力表達謝意。
此次中國信託反毒教育基金會自台運送多樣動、靜態儀器、展品供民眾參觀，本縣毒品危害防制中心在活動現場亦有設攤，提供毒品相關文宣及反毒益智遊戲，展期自10月23日起至11月1日止；觀展民眾亦可向攤位工作人員索取有獎徵答券，一人一券，題目完全答對者，即可參加抽獎，抽獎結果於12月1日公佈。
